Hello, I am Iris.

I am an accredited Executive Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

With a background as a Creative Director in advertising, I bring a deep understanding of the creative process, knowing how powerful it is, and how challenging it can be.

I work with creative thinkers, artists, founders, and leaders across industries - supporting them to align purpose, intuition, and action so they can use their full potential.

Asking the right questions - the ones that shift perspective, open up space for clarity, insight, and new ways of thinking. From there, we create strong, realistic goals and the tools to reach them.

 

I believe creativity and intuitive intelligence are key to real change, especially when we align our thinking, emotions, and behaviour. That’s where transformation happens.

Reaching your goals and making better decisions often means letting go of what no longer serves you - outdated beliefs, patterns, stories - and creating new ways of being so that results become a natural outcome.

I bring depth, range, and presence to my coaching - working with the whole person, not just the role or the title.

 

I also write crime novels, thrive in cold water, and bring that same bold, curious energy to every coaching conversation.
